Mil Maids LLC Service Agreement
Mil Maids LLC is fully insured and bonded, and our staff is background checked and extensively trained so that we can assure you the best service possible.
Booking Dates and Times – We will try our best to accommodate your requested booking date and time. Booking dates and times are subject to availability. If your requested time is not available, a team member will contact you shortly to schedule your service.
Cancellation/Reschedule – Mil Maids LLC schedules the cleaning personnel in advance. Please call if you need to reschedule a visit at least 24-hours in advance. A $50 fee will be assessed for canceling service if we did not receive a 24-hour notice. No fee will be assessed if you reschedule or cancel your visit before 24 hours. However, if you cancel or skip service often, you will be removed from our schedule, and your spot will be given to another client. Acceptable cancelation is a phone call or email to the office, notifying us of your cancellation. If our staff arrives at the home and is turned away or unable to gain access, we will invoice for the total amount due for the visit.
Payment – Payment is required at the time that the service is scheduled. We accept checks and credit cards. If a check is returned, there will be a $50 fee applied to your balance.
Privacy/Non-Solicit – Do not pursue personal contact information from our staff. Our staff cannot contact (call, text, email) our clients for any reason, and/or give personal information to clients while employed with Mil Maids LLC. Employees have signed a non-compete agreement and cannot do additional jobs on their own while employed by us. Soliciting Mil Maids staff for work is a breach of agreement, and will lead to service termination.
Expectations – Mil Maids LLC will provide the cleaning products. If client has other cleaning products they would like used, please have those available at the time of the appointment, and notify us ahead of time. Staff are not required to handle or use bleach or ammonia products. Please do not ask our staff to climb any ladder beyond three steps, clean human or animal bodily excretions, or move large furniture such as beds, dressers, tables, armoires, couches, and any other heavy furniture item. Our staff may refuse work upon entering the home based on the overwhelming presence of mold, human or bodily excretions, no electricity or running water, large amounts of clutter preventing free access throughout the home, physical or verbal abuse, or harassment of any kind. Abuse or harassment to Mil Maids staff of any kind will result in the termination of service, and no refund for service will be issued.
Before we clean:
Put all potentially breakable, delicate, or non-replaceable items away. Our staff is trained to be careful with belongings, however, accidents happen. For this reason, we strongly encourage to put away these items before we clean.
Please pick up the house before our staff arrives and remove any dishes from the sink (unless your service includes doing dishes). This ensures our cleaners can deliver the best quality clean. Please do not clean the home. That is our job. However, large amounts of clutter make it difficult for us to provide the best possible service.
Have trash bags and toilet paper available for our staff to replenish. If your service includes bed making, please have the clean bedding you would like used set out for our staff.
Secure all pets. Dogs, aggressive cats, snakes, birds, etc. must be contained in a space where they don’t have access to our staff.
Please put away all personal items before our staff’s arrival, such as: medications, weapons, cash, credit cards, drugs and paraphernalia, and personal sexual items.
We ask that clients please set the temperature in the home to a comfortable temperature before the arrival of our staff. Suggested temperature for Summer is 72 degrees Fahrenheit and below, and for winter the suggested temperature is 65 degrees Fahrenheit and above. Cleaning is physical labor and having a comfortable temperature allows our staff to work comfortably and efficiently.
